THIS IS BUILT OR RENTED CASCADED SERVERS AROUND THE WORLD. THIS SHORTENS THE DISTANCE BETWEEN SUBSCRIBER AND STREAMING SERVER AND INCREASES VIDEO QUALITY. BUT THE CHANNEL CHANGE TIME AND DELAY FROM LIVE TV PROBLEMS STILL EXIST. IS CDN REAL SOLUTION?
